Mobile Product
Getting an idea into something you can hold before committing to full production.

Starting point
Mobile projects usually start too wide. What actually belongs in the first release is often a quarter of what gets discussed in the second meeting.
So the first deliverable isn't a design file, it's a prototype that opens on a phone. The discussion then happens over use, not over screenshots.

What holds an app up is not its screens. It's the data layer behind them.
Build
The API layer goes up in the first week. As soon as screens run on real data, it becomes obvious which of the assumed flows don't hold.
Store release is part of the process: account setup, release notes, review responses and the first update included.
Scope
