What we process
We process only what you type into the enquiry form, and only when you submit it: your name, email address, company name if you give one, the project type and estimated budget you select, and the description you write.
Simply browsing the site collects nothing from you. Unless you write to us, we hold no personal data about you at all.
We do not use cookies
This site sets no cookies. Nothing is written to your browser's local storage either. That is also why you never see a cookie consent banner here — there is nothing to consent to.
There is no analytics tool, advertising pixel or third-party tracking code on this site. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request leaves for a font provider either.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work together.
The legal basis is Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK — responding to your request prior to entering into a contract — and our legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f). Filling in the form is entirely voluntary.
Who else sees it
Your submission is delivered as an email to info@soverra.studio through the provider that hosts this site and its mailbox. That provider processes the data only to transmit and store the message.
Beyond that, your data is not shared with anyone, not sold, and not used for advertising. It is not kept in a database — the site does not have one.
How long we keep it
We keep your message in our mailbox for as long as the conversation requires, and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to have incorrect or incomplete data corrected, to request its erasure or destruction, and to request that these actions be communicated to third parties the data was transferred to.
To exercise these rights, simply write to info@soverra.studio. We will respond to your request within thirty days at the latest.
Changes to this notice
If the way we handle data changes, we update this notice. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
