This notice covers project enquiries submitted through the soverra.studio contact form, together with the limited technical information used for site security and language preference. In this notice, Soverra refers to the studio and brand name.

The contact form collects your name, email address, project type and any information you choose to include in the project description. Company details and estimated budget are optional.

To limit misuse, an IP address and shortened browser identifier are temporarily processed in server memory as a rate-limiting key. A functional preference cookie named soverra-locale remembers your language selection.

We use this information to review your project enquiry, respond to you, discuss a potential engagement and protect the contact form against spam and misuse.

Form information is not used for advertising, profiling or marketing emails.

Information you provide in an enquiry is processed where necessary to take steps at your request before a potential contract. Limited technical information is processed where necessary to protect the form and service, while respecting your fundamental rights and interests.

Where information must be retained to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or protect legal rights, the applicable legal grounds may also apply. This notice does not ask you to provide separate consent.

The form is processed on the server and delivered as an email to info@soverra.studio through Hostinger Email SMTP. Technical service providers such as Hostinger may access or process information only as needed to provide hosting and email infrastructure.

Form information is not sent to a CRM, a bulk email provider or an advertising platform.

Form information is not stored in an application database. The resulting email may be retained in the mailbox for as long as needed to review the enquiry, manage a potential business relationship, meet legal obligations and protect legal rights. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently configured; information should be deleted when the relevant purpose and legal need no longer apply.

The form is processed server-side and SMTP credentials are never sent to the browser. Inputs are validated and sanitised, and honeypot and rate-limiting controls are used. The site is served over HTTPS.

Depending on the law applicable to the processing, you may ask whether your personal information is processed, request information about its use and recipients, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion where the relevant conditions are met, object to certain solely automated outcomes, and seek available remedies for unlawful processing.
